In order to qualify for occupancy, the household's income must be less than or equal to certain income limits*: One Person 30% of median  $___ Very Low  $___ Two Persons 30% of median  $___ Very Low  $___ *These limits periodically change according to HUD guidelines. Applications are accepted for this community Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with certain exceptions, at the Rental Office.  Applications are available by clicking here.
